How It Works
Schedule a Meeting
We begin with a meeting—virtual or in-person if you’re in Calgary—to understand your hiring needs, discuss your ideal candidate profile, and negotiate our service fee.
We Start the Search
Once we’re aligned, we’ll leverage our expertise and network to find, screen, and present the best candidates tailored to your role.
You Make the Final Decision
You’ll interview the candidates we present, and if you find someone who’s a perfect fit, they’ll be hired directly onto your payroll. If not, you won’t pay a cent—any recruitment costs remain our responsibility. This stage extends for as long as needed; however, prompt feedback on submitted candidates and effective communication are essential to refine and adjust the process as necessary.
Invoicing and Guarantees
We invoice only when your chosen candidate starts. All placements come with guarantees, ensuring replacements if necessary.
